Production Process

Our close shaped products start with a careful selection of materials – peeled veneers for the structural inner layers and straight-cut veneers for their deco finish. Using high-frequency technology, we heat and curve the pieces, ensuring efficiency and cost effectiveness for our clients.

Lamination and Sanding

Before the curving process begins, each surface is laminated with a mix of rotary and surface veneers. This crucial step enhances the plywood’s solidity, setting the stage for a seamless sanding process that ensures a perfect first step of surface treatment.

Package Preparation

A unique stage in our production involves preparing the package for its final transformation. This is probably the 80% of the whole procedure for having perfection from 1st to last piece on each batch we carry out of production.

Resting Period

Post-curving completion, our tubes enter a phase of rest, allowing them 4-5 days to settle. This crucial period ensures that the wood retains its structural integrity before moving on to the subsequent stages.
